Our service engagement follows this process:

- Scope, timeline and budget negotiation;
- Formalisation through specific contract;
- Service commencement.
6.2 Specific Contracts:
Each project will be governed by a specific contract detailing scope, timelines, pricing, responsibilities and particular conditions of the engaged service.
7. Pricing and Payment

- Warranty does not cover unauthorised modifications.
10.2 Technical Support:
- Technical support available according to contracted plan;
- Support channels: email, WhatsApp;
- Service hours: weekdays 9am-6pm;
- Emergency support available through specific engagement.
11. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the specific contract. We are not liable for:
- Indirect damages, lost profits or consequential damages;
- Data loss not caused by our negligence;
- Third-party service interruptions;
- Improper or unauthorised use of developed systems;
- Failures in systems or infrastructure not provided by us.
12. Confidentiality
We commit to maintaining confidentiality of all received information:
- Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties;
- Restricted access only to staff necessary for service provision;

13. Termination
